Mr. Jana, learned advocate for the petitioner, has also submitted the same before this court today and, therefore, no question is there for adjudication of this matter by this court.

A copy of the said order passed by the Commissioner of School Education dated 8th October, 2021 be kept on record.

In view of the withdrawal of the petitioner of his willingness to get transfer, this writ application is dismissed.
