State has submitted a report. Report reflects that 07.07.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. No.13 Rakib seizures have been effected on 24.05.2025 under proper seizure list and the seized articles were handed over to the petitioner after observing all legal formalities. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved in respect of the total seizures, particularly what was complained of and what has been seized.

As the learned A.C.J.M., Barrackpore or the jurisdictional Court is in seisin of Jagaddal Police Station case no. 15/2025 dated 09.01.2025, petitioner would be at liberty to ventilate her grievance before the jurisdictional Court.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 10726 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
