Learned advocate also submits that there is already a status quo order which has been passed by the learned Civil Court in T.S. No. 659 of 2021.

Mr. Ganguly, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the State and submits that on the basis of the information furnished, the police authorities

have already registered case and counter case being Ramnagar P.S. Case no. 529 of 2024 and Ramnagar P.S. Case No.

530 of 2024. In both the cases, on completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional Court.

According to the State, the main problem cropped up as on the same piece of land both the parties are wanting to raise construction.

Be that as it may, so far as the issue of construction is concerned, the petitioner would approach the jurisdictional civil court for appropriate necessary remedies.

However, the police authorities would ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place as also no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 10733 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending connected application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
