Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner 24.06.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. 46 Rakib submits that an information was furnished to the police authorities requesting them to take steps as the private respondents were intending to establish a water connection by way of installing iron pipes. Learned advocate submits that the petitioner has his specific objection as his land is being utilized for such connection. Learned advocate appearing for the State on the other hand submits that the water connection was being established just adjacent to the pakka road, according to the police authorities pipeline has been laid over in the excess area.

In view of the nature of the dispute, police authorities have hardly any role to interfere. If there are grievances, petitioner will approach the appropriate authorities dealing with land. Police authorities would only ensure that there should not be any breach of the

peace and/or tranquility and/or no other untoward incidents arising from the issue relating to laying down of pipes of water connections.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 10736 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
