Let the affidavit of service be taken on record. 2.

The present writ petition has been filed alleging unauthorized construction by private respondents on government land.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the private respondents are carrying out illegal unauthorized construction on PWD land. Petitioners made a representation dated 22.02.2024 before the Assistant Engineer, PWD.

Learned counsel for the respondent no. 6 states that they shall decide the representation dated 22.02.2024 of the petitioners within a time bound manner.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent no. 6, this Court directs the respondent No. 6 to decide the representation of the

petitioners dated 22.02.2024 by way of a speaking order after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
