In pursuance to the order, learned Registrar General has place on record, the report of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, 5th Court, Burdwan.

Perusal of the report indicates that the court was vacant for 13 months from 26th April, 2024 to 14th July, 2025 and during this period the adjournments was granted by learned Officer-in-Charge with the vacant court. Present Judicial Officer took over the charge only on 15th July, 2025, let the report be taken on record.

The report further indicates that the learned trial court has submitted that it shall ensure expeditious disposal. Let the GR 6249/2022 relating to P.S. Case No.1421 of 2022 be disposed of expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment in accordance with law.

Accordingly, CRR 2103 of 2025 stands disposed of. 5.
