1. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was in custody for a considerable period of time. Amount of narcotics alleged to be seized is below commercial quantity.

2. Considering the aforesaid relevant circumstances trial judge enlarged opposite party on bail.

3. We do not find any illegality in the order impugned. There is no allegation of misuse of liberty.
