Learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners submits that in compliance with the order of this Court, notice under Section 10(3) of the Act of 1964 has been issued and pursuant to the order of the Executive Magistrate, the Assistant Engineer has written to the Superintendent of Police for rendering assistance. It appears that the order under contempt has been substantially complied with.

In view of the above the contempt application being CPAN No. 755 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
