The petitioner submits that his name has not been come out in the website of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education in the last Madhyamik examination and he came to learn later that - as he did not put the signature in the enrolment sheet, his name has not been included.

The result of the Madhyamik examination for the last year has already been published and not putting of signature on the enrolment sheet is the responsibility of the petitioner only.

Hence, I do not find any merit in this writ application and the same is dismissed.
