Statements of witnesses show co accused Biltu Das @ Iswar Das handed over narcotic substance i.e. 90 bottles of phensedyl cough syrup containing 100 ml. each which is above commercial quantity to the petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid facts, we are of the opinion there are sufficient materials disclosing involvement of the petitioners in the alleged crime and in the light of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
