...for the State Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners as drivers of the vehicles which were used for transporting narcotic substance above commercial quantity i.e. 1130 kgs. of ganja, we are of the opinion that in view of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the N. D. P. S. Act, this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
