..... petitioner Mr. Tapodip Gupta ...... for the petitioner Mr. Neguive Ahmed Ms. Trina Mitra ...... for the State We have considered the materials on record which prima facie discloses involvement of the petitioner in dealing in narcotic substance. On his leading statement narcotic substances i.e. 50 bottles of phensedyl (above commercial quantity) was recovered from the backside of his house. Recovery was witnessed by independent persons. In view of the aforesaid facts, we are of the opinion this is not fit case to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. We direct the trial court to conclude the trial at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
