State and private respondents are represented. Learned Government Pleader submits that the police concluded the investigation and submitted charge-sheet before the jurisdictional court. In the facts of the present case, as the police already concluded the investigation and submitted charge-sheet, no further interference is not called for by the writ court. Private respondents are at liberty

to have their disputes resolved before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 11447 of 2021 is disposed of.
