State has submitted a report prepared by the Inspector-in-charge of Budge Budge Police Station which reflects that already Budge Budge P.S. Case No.

115 of 2025 has been registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of BNS read with Section 6 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

Since the police authorities have already registered a case under the Senior Citizens Act (supra), the police authorities would ensure that the petitioner, if she intends to enter her residence and reside peacefully, the same may be facilitated with proper police protection.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 10809 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
