None appears on behalf of the parties. This matter is pending in the list since 11.11.2022 and has been called on each day of working of this court since that date. Inspite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit.

The order dated 19th March, 2016, of the trial court is under challenge in this revision. By dint of the same the trial court has rejected petitioner's applications under Sections 439 (2) Cr.P.C, 1973, for cancellation of bail of the accused persons and confirmed the ad interim bail of the accused person. The connected police case is Nodakhali P.S.

Case No.14 of under Section 448/325/307/506/34 IPC and added Section 326 IPC. On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 1479 of 2016 is dismissed.
