Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners expresses his agony and anxiety regarding continuance of Singur P.S. Case No.586 of 2024 dated 10.12.2024 and Singur P.S. Case No.608 of 2024 dated 28.12.2024.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that charge-sheet has already been submitted in respect of both the cases.

In view of the change of circumstances which has taken place during the pendency of the writ petition, I grant liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court, if so advised, challenging the chargesheet. However, the petitioners are directed in case the petitioners approach for challenging the

proceedings the documents under Section 230 of the BNSS be enclosed along with the writ petition, as also copy of the report under Section 193 of the BNSS. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 10813 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
