1. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State has submitted a status report of the case wherefrom it is seen that all accused are acquitted from this case in connection with Raghunathpur Police Station Chargesheet No.

36/15 arising out of FIR No.16/15 under Sections 379/411/414/413 of the Indian Penal Code. The status report be kept with the record.

2. I have also perused the Case Diary.

3. This being the position, question of quashing that FIR does not arise.

4. Accordingly, the revisional application stands dismissed being infructuous.

5. Interim order, if there be any, also stands vacated.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
