Mrs. Juin Dutta Chakraborty ......For the Petitioner Mrs. Chama Mookherjee Mrs. Paramita Pal .....For the State Pursuant to the direction given by this court on 10.08.2021 a report in the form of an affidavit has been filed by the Respondent no.3 being the District Inspector of Schools (S. E.), Kolkata which is kept with the record.

It is recorded in the report and it has been submitted by the learned advocate for the Respondent no.3 that as the petitioner was in maternity leave when she was transferred to the new school, it was not possible for her to fill up some mandatory columns required for payment of salary and steps are being taken by the District Inspector of Schools for filling up the said mandatory column in the respective form and for taking steps for payment of salary of three months from March, 2021 to May, 2021.

After considering the matter and considering the submissions made by the learned advocate for the

State respondent, I direct the District Inspector of Schools (S. E.), Kolkata to take immediate steps and under no circumstances beyond a period of three months from date so that the due salary can be paid within the said three months period to the petitioner. With this direction the writ application is disposed of.
