Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of G.R.Case No. 4725 of 2019 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Malda.

It is submitted that since the accused persons are not appearing before the learned Magistrate on several occasions the case is yet to be committed to the learned Court of Sessions. Since the matter is pending since 2019, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Malda is directed to exhaust all procedure for securing the presence of the accused persons in connection with G.R.Case No. 4725 of 2019 and take further steps for commitment of the case record as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.

CRR No. 1729 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
