1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner is a Primary Agricultural and Marketing Co-operative Society governed by Section 4(55) of the West Bengal Cooperative Societies Act, (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act").

3. It is the petitioner's case that the petitioner had executed certain work orders issued by the respondent no.3. According to the petitioner, the bills raised by the petitioner have not been processed though several representations have been made by the petitioner. According to the petitioner, the representations have also not been considered by the respondent no.3.

4. Having heard the learned advocates for the respective parties, I am of the view that the instant writ petition can be disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondent no.3 along with all details. In the event such representation is made within a period of four weeks from date, the respondent no.3 shall hear out and dispose of such representation by giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and by passing a reasoned order and if any amount is found due to disburse the same forthwith.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition being WPA 10786 of 2025 is disposed of.
