Learned Counsel for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. It appears that the victim was subjected to blackmail on the threat of uploading obscene pictures and was raped by the petitioner. In view of nature and gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to him.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
