The main issue involves in this writ petition relates to cancellation of petitioner's registration. According to the petitioner, petitioner has paid substantial amount of arrear revenue.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 10836 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent WBGST authority concerned to intimate the petitioner about revenue due which is required to be paid for restoration of its registration within three working days from date and shall open the portal for a period of thirty days to enable the petitioner to make such payment.

In case of default in making payment of revenue arrear to be intimated by the respondents, within thirty days from the date of opening of the portal, respondent authority concerned will be free to close the portal again and to proceed in accordance with law.

With this observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of.
