The report filed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas dated 12.10.2023 stated that the final report of the Karaya Police Station Case No. 79 of 2011 (C.G.R. Case No. 1129 of 2011) had been accepted on 18.09.2015. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that no further proceedings was initiated after acceptance of the FRT. Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly dismissed. Copy of the order be sent to the Department and learned trial court for information.
