In the judgment and order dated 22nd May, 2024 by reason of typographical errors in third and fourth line of paragraph 13 at pages 7 and 8 "the sentence is modified to pay a fine of Rs.10,000/-" have been incorporated in place and stead of 'the sentence is modified to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/-" due to typographical error.

Office is directed to effect necessary correction in the judgment and order dated 22nd May, 2024.

This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 22nd May, 2024. The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits to have deposited a sum of Rs.10,000/-, as fine, in accordance with the judgment and order dated 22nd May, 2024.

The learned trial court is directed to take necessary steps in refunding the excess amount deposited as fine by the petitioners.

Copy of this order be communicated to the department as well as the concerned learned trial court for due compliance. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.)
