Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. He submits he has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioner is a member of gang who are terrorising the area. He has criminal antecedents.

We have considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the crime. That apart, he has criminal antecedents. His prayer for bail was rejected earlier.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
