This Court has heard learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned Advocate for the State at length. This Court has also considered the entire materials as placed before this Court and as available in the case diary. Admittedly, the present accused petitioner is in jail custody for 80 days.
However, considering the entire materials as placed before this Court, this Court finds prima facie involvement of the present accused petitioner in the alleged crime.
Considering the serious nature of the crime and also considering the prima facie involvement of the present accused petitioner in the alleged crime, this Court is not inclined to allow the
prayer of the petitioner at least at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is considered and rejected. (Partha Sarathi Sen, J.)
