It appears that certain inadvertent typographical errors had crept into the order dated 21.05.2025 passed by this Court. At the heading of the order sheet, the name petitioner was wrongly typed as "Neelam Kedin", instead of "Neelam Kedia", because of a mistake in the cause title. Even, the name of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the de facto complainant was wrongly typed as "Mr. Arijit Mookherji" instead "Mr. Anujit Mookherji". The inadvertent typographical errors are hereby corrected and the order dated 21.05.2025 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
