Apparently, the petitioner took a vehicle on hire purchase and admittedly one instalment is due and payable. The disputes between the private parties are civil in nature. A writ court need not enter into such arena.

WPA 11479 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.

This order will not prevent the private parties from availing of their remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
