Illegal mining of coal is a menace in the State. Enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail will send a wrong signal to the society.

Complicity of the petitioner in the incident of illegal mining of coal transpires from the materials in the case diary. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 1900 of 2023 is dismissed.
