Today also when the writ petition has been called, none represents the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the State was present on the earlier occasion. Today also he is present. A report was earlier submitted which reflected that the vehicle having Registration No. WB-41K-0432 was released on 13.05.2025 pursuant to the directions passed by learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Purba Bardhaman.

In view of the circumstances which have been placed before this Court, at this stage, I do not find any remedy can be extended to the petitioner until and unless the petitioner approaches the statutory courts for appropriate remedy.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 10639 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
