Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was working in Mumbai. On the fateful day. She refers to the various documents annexed to the petition to contend that the petitioner was not involved in the alleged incident.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, and considering the involvement of the petitioner we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM 4712 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
