The Officer-in-Charge, Khejuri Police Station, Purba Medinipur has filed a further report dated 25th June, 2023 and the same is taken on record.

It appears that the police picket has been posted. There are two CCTV cameras. The petitioners may on their own install CCTV cameras in addition to those placed by the police.

Counsel for the State submits that despite orders of this Court the petitioners have not returned back to their residences. They only said that the police picket is 2 km away from their residences.

The allegation is denied.

The protection given to the petitioners at paragraph 6 of this Court's order dated 8th June, 2023 against any coercive measures against the petitioners shall continue up to 15th July, 2023.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
