The third paragraph of the third page of the order dated July 2, 2021 is required to be deleted. The said paragraph is as follows :

"The registrar General is also directed to return the statutory amount with accrued interest, if any, to the Insurance Company if an approach in this behalf is made."

Rest of the order dated July 2, 2021 shall remain unaltered.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated July 2, 2021.

Accordingly office is directed to take steps in terms of this order.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
