Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that co-accused persons were granted bail and anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report and to the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are named in the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as the persons involved in the incident and considering the injury report, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM 4736 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
