The petitioner complains of police inaction.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, despite an order passed by the jurisdictional court for further investigation, the police are not taking any steps with regard thereto. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the petitioner is not cooperating with the investigation.

The petitioner may or may not be cooperating with the investigation. It is for the police to conclude the investigation at the earliest and submit its appropriate report before the jurisdictional court.

In the facts of the present case, the police will submit its report before the jurisdictional court within two weeks from date.

W.P.A. No.11489 of 2021 is disposed of, accordingly.
