Case No.971 of 2023.

And In the matter of : Pratima Singha alias Pratimsa Bhattacharyya & ors. ...... petitioners Mr. Pratip Mukherjee ....for the petitioners Mr. Saibal Bapuli, Mr. Arani Bhattacharya ....for the State Mr. Sumit Ray, Mr. Sailen Naskar ....for the de facto complainant All the petitioners are involved in extorting money from unsuspecting members of the public on promise to give job. Prima facie case for custodial interrogation of the petitioners stand made out.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

C.R.M.(A) 1901 of 2023 is rejected.
