It transpires from the records that the matter was adjourned on several occasions on the prayer of the petitioner.

In fact, as a last chance to the petitioner, the matter had been fixed but even thereafter on December 8, 2022, the petitioner did not move the matter.

In such view of the matter, WPA 9003 of 2011 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
