Subsequetly, by an order dated 18.09.2021, the relief prayed for by the petitioner in the present revision challenging the order dated 11.03.2019 has already been granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, considering the said fact, the revisional application is disposed of being infructuous. Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the State to inform the status of this case to the concerned authority.
