We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners had created a fake Power of Attorney in the name of fictitious person and sought to encroach the land of a Government company in liquidation. Investigation is in progress. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
