1. Petitioners renew the prayer for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the police filed charge sheet. Therefore requirement for placing the petitioners in custody no longer exist.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. Prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected on March 21, 2023 in C.R.M (A) 1155 of 2023. The police case is dated October 13, 2024.

4. Mere filing of charge sheet is cannot be construed as a material change in circumstances so as to allow revisit to the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail. No other ground is canvassed apart from filing of charge sheet,

5. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
