Review of the order dated 24th April, 2025 is sought on the ground that the appellant ought to have been appointed on compassionate ground either on account of medical incapacitation of her husband whereupon FPS Dealership was terminated or after the death of her husband in the year 2008.

The writ petition was dismissed by a learned Single Judge of this Court and this Court in the order dated 24th April, 2025 found that the petitioner has suppressed the earlier rejection of her application and has belatedly filed the writ petition in 2024 after her husband's death in the year 2008.

This Court is of the view that the review application is not maintainable since there is no error apparent on the face of record and no new evidence has been brought before this Court that was hitherto not in the possession of the applicant.

R.V.W. No. 133 of 2025 is, therefore, dismissed with costs assessed at Rs.5,100/- (Rupees five thousand one hundred only) payable by the review applicant to the State.

In view of dismissal of the review itself, the connected application being CAN 1 of 2025 shall also stand dismissed.
