For the Respondent The custody of the child between the parents has been amicably settled before the learned joint Mediators. The settlement agreement was duly signed by the parties and their learned advocates and the same was forwarded by the learned Mediators along with final report dated 31st October, are taken on record, wherefrom it appears that the parties with free will and mind have agreed to arrive at an amicable settlement through mediation. The settlement agreement has been drawn and approved in terms of Rule 24(1) and (2) of the Civil Procedure - Alternative Dispute Resolution & Mediation Rules 2006. The agreement is lawful.

In view thereof, FMA 630 of 2022 is disposed of on the terms of settlement dated 31st October, 2022 along with CAN 1 of 2021.

Both the parties are personally present in court and have assured that they shall discharge their duties and responsibilities under the terms of settlement dated 31st October, 2022.

There would be no order as to costs.
