Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and that there is no material on record to substantiate the allegations against the petitioner.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the eye witness recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Considering the materials in the case diary and nature of complicity of the petitioner and the statements recorded under Section 161 of the Code of the eye witness, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 4718 of 2021 is, thus, rejected.
