1. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners hands up to Court, a letter dated May 14, 2026 stated to have been written by the petitioners and submits that he has an instruction to pray for withdrawal of the revisional application, since the petitioners are no longer willing to pursue with the revisional application any further. The aforesaid letter is taken on record.

2. C.O. 1706 of 2025 which is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Needless to mention that with the withdrawal of the revisional application interim order, if any, would stand vacated.
