The instant revision was filed praying for quashing of a proceeding under Section 144(2) of the Cr.P.C. being Misc. Case No. 1714 of 2021. Learned advocate for the private opposite party has filed a photostat copy of the order sheet and aforesaid Misc. Case No. 1714 of 2021. It appears from the order dated 8.9.2022 that the said proceeding has already been dropped by the learned Executive Magistrate. Under such circumstances, the instant revision becomes infructuous.
Accordingly, the instant revision is dismissed being infructuous. With the dismissal of the instant revision, all connected applications are also dismissed.
