This Court has heard learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned Advocate for the State at length. This Court has also considered the entire materials as placed before this Court.

Admittedly, the present accused petitioner is languishing in jail custody for more than 21⁄2 years.

However, considering the fact that the sufficient incriminating materials are found as against the present accused petitioner in course of investigation and also keeping in mind that the trial has already been commenced, this Court cannot persuade itself to allow the prayer of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is considered and rejected. (Partha Sarathi Sen, J.)
