In view of the order passed in CRR 1447 of 2021, no directions are required to be passed in the present revisional application which arises out of the same Misc. Case No.24 of 2016 but in reference to a separate Misc. Execution Case No.03 of 2021. As in the said revisional application it has been directed that the learned ACJM, Haldia will calculate regarding the amount due and necessary adjustments, no order need be passed in the present revisional application.

Thus, CRR 1448 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
