The Report dated 10.05.2023 received from the Sub-Inspector, Shyampukur Police Station states that appellant i.e. Aloke Jalan has expired on 18.04.2015 supported by a death certificate issued by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation as authenticated in accordance to their records. The said report along with death certificate be kept on record.

The instant appeal stands abated and disposed of accordingly. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for due compliance. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.)
