In spite of service none appears on behalf of the respondents.
By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned show-cause-notice dated 17th January, 2023, where certain allegation of business transactions in contravention of law has been referred against the petitioner. Details of the same would appear from the copy of the said show-cause-notice, which appears at page 17 of the writ petition. Without responding or giving any reply to the said show-causenotice, petitioner has filed this writ petition which is a pre-matured and, accordingly, I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner in this writ petition except extending the time to comply and give response to the aforesaid impugned notice dated 17th January, 2023, for a period of two weeks from date. If any response or reply is given by the petitioner within the time stipulated herein, the same shall be considered
by the respondent authority concerned in accordance with law and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representative, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such response.
In case of failure on the part of the petitioner to file reply/response to the aforesaid impugned notice within the time stipulated herein, this order will not have any force and the respondent authority will be free to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law.
With this observation and direction this writ petition being WPA 10873 of 2023 is disposed of. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
