The Pradhan, Naita Malpahespur Gram Panchayat shall furnish the answer to the queries made by the petitioner under the provisions of Section 6 of the Right to Information Act, 2005. The query is whether any permission had been granted for construction of a building to Munshi Siraj, son of Late Munshi Samsujjaman in respect of Dag no. 266 corresponding to L.R. Khatian no. 859 of mouza Aymapaharpur. Such intimation shall be sent within 10 days from the date of communication of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order.
